The Team Behind SkyLife
At SkyLife, reliability isn’t a slogan, it’s a promise carried by people who understand what’s at stake when time, trust, and safety are on the line. Our leadership team brings together the precision of aviation, the insight of the client, and the discipline of operations, ensuring every flight lives up to the SkyLife name.

Beth McWaters, Co-owner
Guided by Experience. Grounded in Reliability.
A lifelong aviation enthusiast, Beth began flying privately in 2001, drawn to the freedom and focus that only flight can offer. Her career path took her through other industries, but aviation always remained the constant pull. That passion led her to join SkyLife in 2023 and to become an owner two years later.
Today, Beth plays a hands-on role in SkyLife’s strategic growth and charter operations. She leads with an eye for both precision and partnership, helping clients and aircraft owners navigate the complex demands of FAA compliance with confidence. For Beth, the foundation of trust is built not through promises, but through performance, and she ensures every SkyLife flight embodies that standard.
“A perfect flight is one that feels effortless, because every detail was handled long before the engines started.”

Bridget DeHart, Co-owner
The Private Flyer’s Perspective, Elevated.
Bridget DeHart is a seasoned entrepreneur, private aircraft owner, and co-founder of SkyLife. Her journey into aviation began from the client’s side of the cabin, where she experienced firsthand the gaps between luxury’s promise and its delivery. Determined to close that gap, she helped build SkyLife around the principles of responsiveness, consistency, and care.
Bridget’s leadership is shaped by her belief that exceptional service is less about opulence and more about trust. She works closely with clients and executive assistants to anticipate needs before they’re spoken, ensuring travel feels effortless from first call to final landing. With her business acumen and client insight, Bridget continues to elevate SkyLife’s mission of making private air travel not just convenient, but truly exceptional.
“Luxury isn’t what you see in the cabin. It’s what you don’t have to worry about before you board.”

Will Howard, Director of Development
Where Precision Meets Performance.
For Will Howard, reliability is both art and architecture. With more than 13 years in on-demand air charter, including five years in aircraft charter sales and four years running his own private charter company, he’s built a reputation for speed, precision, and integrity. As Development Director at Rennia Aviation, he helped scale operations from $6M to $24M in just four years, earning recognition in Forbes and across the industry.
At SkyLife, Will’s focus is simple: prevent problems before they happen. He designs and oversees the operational systems that make every flight run seamlessly, from aircraft coordination to real-time client logistics. His dedication to responsiveness (maintaining a 100% reply rate for over a decade) ensures that SkyLife’s commitment to reliability is more than a value; it’s a habit.
“Reliability is invisible until it’s missing. My job is to make sure no one ever notices it’s there.”

SkyLife Elite knows how to give you a true VIP experience. Excellent luxury travel firm that knows the biz better than any other. You simply will not find a greater charter service.
